Gym, can it be a source of Electrical Energy?

This idea I got when I was thinking of how to generate electrical energy physically. I feel this can be worked out very much and can create a new attractive place. As I see today many people join gym and workout themselves to stay fit, and many to loose their excess weight/fat.

Many of them workout heavily by lifting weights, push ups, etc… Now just think that a person lifting weight of 10kgs to give a shape to his/her arms is connected to a generated through some mechanical arrangements, this may increase the load you may be thinking. But then let that 10kg weight is reduced to 200grms and force setting is made with the arrangement connected to generator, then just set at 10kg and generator will start generating power! This is just for an idea making arrangements with the weight lifting, now lets say if we made arrangements to all the equipments in the Gym, it can generate good amount of power I think which can run 2-3 houses or more.

Also I think the connection can be optimized for generating more amount of energy if the connections are made by springs. Here I have idea of the old trrriiiiinnnnnnnggggggg…. watches to which you have rotate key. The old watches operating with springs are once rotated 4 times and it will run for 24hrs, same way if the spring are connected then this may optimize and generate more energy. I hope we can research on this and make it into reality.

This can be called 100% green source of electrical energy without any pollution or anything. It will be like work and enjoy the energy. You will be benefited from both the sides ;) I feel someone should work on it research on it and build a Gym like this where all the Gym equipments generates power.

Cure for Obesity and Stomach Ailments

We see lot of people suffer from obesity, stomach ailments and wants themselves to look good loosing their weight and getting normal.

Doing Yog for stomach is in video shown below by Swami Ramdev ji. Doing Kapalbhati, you will not have obesity, constipation, acidity, ulcer etc…

Do Kapalbhati slowly and not fastly as shown in the video at 18.00.

Only Yog is not the cure but,  you also have to take only good food curable for the problem. Avoiding fatty foods and excess food will have good and immediate effect giving you confidence. For having control on food, Pranayam to be done by which you can gain control on your indriyans.

What to be eat in the food?

The first thing is to leave Non-Veg, baked foods, Oil foods, | Coconut water, Rice, Butter milk, Curd (If acidity). Drink Cow’s milk mixing water (Normal Cooled one after heating). Drink bottle gourd Juice. Eat sprouts chewing for a long time.
For obesity, First when you wake up in the morning. Wash your eyes with normal clean water with water in mouth. Then drink 2-3 glasses of water, drink as much as you can drink easily, do not drink excess. You can drink even by mixing 3 Spoons of Aloe-Vera and 3 spoons of Amla into it for some days and reducing the number of spoons gradually.

You can also do some Asanas as shown below by a world famous Indian celebrity Shipa Shetty.

You can surely cure your problems, I am saying it from my experience. But should practise it everyday, otherwise nothing you get from it. Everything can be achieved, hardwork is must.
