admin Agni/Surya Mudra is performed by folding the Ring finger ( Earth ) to the root of the Thumb ( Fire ) pressing with the thumb slightly, keeping the other fingers straight but relaxed. To be performed in sitting position with empty stomach. To be done for 15 minutes for best results. Should not perform with full stomach, Do not perform in case of acidity, burning sensation, indigestion.

Practicing Agni/Surya mudra will control the obesity, increases the body strength, reduces increased cholesterol levels in blood, and provides heat and energy to the body. Thus, it is better to perform in winters. Cures diabetes and liver problems. Perform Agni/Surya Mudra with Empty Stomach only. Weak persons do not perform this. Do not perform for more time during summer.
Cure for Obesity and Stomach Ailments

admin We see lot of people suffer from obesity, stomach ailments and wants themselves to look good loosing their weight and getting normal.
Doing Yog for stomach is in video shown below by Swami Ramdev ji. Doing Kapalbhati, you will not have obesity, constipation, acidity, ulcer etc…
Do Kapalbhati slowly and not fastly as shown in the video at 18.00.
Only Yog is not the cure but, you also have to take only good food curable for the problem. Avoiding fatty foods and excess food will have good and immediate effect giving you confidence. For having control on food, Pranayam to be done by which you can gain control on your indriyans.
What to be eat in the food?
The first thing is to leave Non-Veg, baked foods, Oil foods, | Coconut water, Rice, Butter milk, Curd (If acidity). Drink Cow’s milk mixing water (Normal Cooled one after heating). Drink bottle gourd Juice. Eat sprouts chewing for a long time.
For obesity, First when you wake up in the morning. Wash your eyes with normal clean water with water in mouth. Then drink 2-3 glasses of water, drink as much as you can drink easily, do not drink excess. You can drink even by mixing 3 Spoons of Aloe-Vera and 3 spoons of Amla into it for some days and reducing the number of spoons gradually.
You can also do some Asanas as shown below by a world famous Indian celebrity Shipa Shetty.
You can surely cure your problems, I am saying it from my experience. But should practise it everyday, otherwise nothing you get from it. Everything can be achieved, hardwork is must.
