Apana Vayu Mudra or Mritsanjeevani Mudra
Apana Vayu or Mritsanjeevani Mudra is combination of Vayu Mudra and Apana Mudra. First Fold the Index Finger ( Air ) to the root of the Thumb ( Fire ) and then join the tips of Middle Finger ( Space ), Ring Finger ( Earth ) and Thumb ( Fire ). The little finger is left straight. Should be performed with empty stomach.

Apana vayu mudra prevents Heart Attack if practised regularly. People having Heart Related Problems or Weak Heart should perform daily for 45 Minutes. This mudra cures heart as well as vata-dosa related problems. This mudra can be performed when heart attack occurs, this provides relief. This mudra is also good for headaches, High Blood Pressure, asthama. It also releases gas from the stomach.
