Sitting in Sukhasana or Padmasana, if cannot on a chair with back straight in all position will give you full benefit and even cures diseases, if any, more effectively, and instantly starts showing the results. If you cannot make mudras in both hands, you can make it in one hand and get benefit. For complete benefit and permanent results one should practice mudra for at least 30 min. continuously, with concentration.

-Mudras should not be practiced after eating. Keep at least 4hrs gap. Morning time after you fresh up, between 4 to 7 is the best time.

-Mudras can cure your ailments, diseases etc.. But after you get permanent cure practice Yog in Gyan mudra.

A mudra is formed by the Fingers of Hand. It is considered that the 5 fingers represents the 5 elements.

Hand

1. Thumb represents Fire.
2. Index finger represents Air, (The finger beside Thumb)
3. Middle finger represents Space

5. Little finger the last one represents water.

The human body is also formed by the union of these elements only. From these five fingers representing five elements you can perform mudras to keep you body balanced. If any imbalance, it also can be cured, if not cured can cause you diseases etc.. which are now causing deaths.
