Make your own website similar to YouTube, Metacafe, etc…

For having your own videos website, you just need the basic understanding and knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS and installation of scripts.

You need to first select a hosting server which can provide you the applicationfor conversion of videos. The videos which are uploaded by you or users can be in any supported format like *.mpg,  *.mp4, *.mov, etc… These after upload are then converted by server to *.swf or *.flv a very much popular name known as flash format. After conversion, these videos will be availiable to display for users on the website.

The conversion softwares which are basically used are MEncoder or FFmpeg, LAME. These are the softwares which can convert the videos into different formats. Anyone of these are needed for hosting the videos website. So while choosing a hosting server for your videos website be sure they support with this software also.

You can also have an option of buying a dedicated server if you are planning for making a big website. Dedicated servers are little costly when compared to shared hosting servers. You can choose which ever you like.

Now when you finish with choosing a hosting server or with a dedicated server with MENCODER or FFmpeg installed, you need a CMS ( Content Management Sytem ), it is nothing but a software or can be said a script which handles the registration of users, categories, etc… like other videos website. So now coming to CMS, I have came across, PHPmotion, Vidiscript (Both are FREE!) You can download the script and get it installed on your server. you can install it yourself by the help file or else can hire any one from Freelancing website or can contact me :)

After installation, you can edit it if you ahve basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc… or can hire someone.

Below are the basic requirements for PHPmotion script.

    - PHP 4.3 and above (including support of CLI)
    - MySQL database server
    - LAME MP3 Encoder
    - Libogg + Libvorbis
    - Mencoder and also Mplayer
    - FFMpeg-PHP
    - GD Library 2 or higher

    - upload_max_filesize = 100M
    - post_max_size = 100M

Technology similar which is seen in Movie Minority Report

Have you seen movie Minority Report of Tom Cruise? Doing the sixth sense detection and working on computers with fingers..

Here in this video, you can see a guy who made a prototye which works similar to the technology. He just wears the devices like projector, camera, mobile and caps on fingers. He can take photographs, resize it then and there it self projecting on walls or any surface.
Just imagine it is connected to internet, thats it, what not you can do? You can broadcast anything live, anywhere, post photos, videos on internet and many many things which ever comes to your imagination.

Also some of the applications are shown which are amazing like, Making hand as a screen and using your finger pressing buttons and making calls. Getting information on books, foods, etc.. This says that its just like a robot watching every moment what you are doing and helping you in all the matters through the information availiable on internet or anywhere else.

It can be also taken that in future this will make a history and detecting sixth sense. It is like sixth sense technology.

IMAX experience of a 3D movie

Viewing at IMAX is an experience as it has a BIG screen and also has 3D movie in it. On the weekend, I have enjoyed seeing the Movie “Monster Vs. Aliens”, A cartoon movie in 3D.

The movie has a good story and a nice humor which makes it a 5 Star Movie, You can enjoy full time of the movie, have little emotions as well which touches your heart. The movie is all about 4 Living beings including Humans turned into Monsters, gets the chance to save earth from an Alien.

The Girl plays a leading role in the movie. She becomes a monster when a Stone (Quantum) falls on her from Space. Quantum has the vast energy which it enters into that Girl and she becomes so tough that she can break anything.

The alien searching for that Quantum comes to earth and had to fight with the Girl and her friend Monsters and at last the Alien gets blasted!

Overall the movie is good for Children as well as Enjoyable for Adults. Watch the Trailer below!
